    Those ”hot air” ducts will sink one every time. I had a rust bucket one I did that with just for laughs, the water was up to my chest in seconds. What do ya get for being young and stupid?

    agreed.
    and i’m curious where the air-tight qualities went, i encountered some leaking driving through a puddle during a flood in my friend’s ‘03 jetta.

    bueno, yo tengo uno brasilero y esta muy lejos de flotar, cuando llueve me entra agua por todos lados, por ahi los que eran nuevos y de fabricacion alemana o americana lo hacian, una vez vi un video de unos italianos que cruzaron un rio con el bochito.

    One time I was out surfing at the Rez and there was a bug floating around in the line up. At low tide some guys showed up and towed it away appearently they had been having to much fun the night before. I saw him a month later driving the bug!

    They still cost about the same exact amount today as they did brand new. Not too many cars hold their value like that.
