The commercial is peruvian indeed. The voice is from Arturo del Pomar as VWGustavo noted. In the 60’s and early 70’s the VWs were initially imported Germany and later from Brazil and Mexico. On late 70’s beetles were assembled in Peru from parts imported from Brazil. Y los hacían muy bien!
The another version inpired in type in the vw tl every cars inspirated in the vw type the vw 1600 doors and sequencially the another version inpired in.

It’s surprising thanks to its power (the hood opens revealing a working engine). Surprising thanks to its handling (the racing cars drift by).
